About Us

History

Hexagon Technologies was started in 1982 and incorporated in 1983. Mr. Kiran Shah, founder and current CEO, has a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and also has an MBA. Raj Shah, Technical Services Manager, has a B.S. in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. Founder Kiran Shah had an American dream of starting his own business before arriving in the United States for graduate studies at Northwestern University. For Kiran, owning his own business has been a sentimental journey and Hexagon Technologies is living proof that America is a fertile ground for successful entrepreneurship. Despite the U.S. being the most competitive market in the world, Hexagon has been in business for 37 years and profitable for 32 years without interruption. While this is part of the great achievement, Hexagon has also given back generously in terms of philanthropy to fight hunger and homelessness. Hexagon looks forward to an even brighter future for itself and for America.

Philosophy & Mission

Hexagon is a driving force worldwide in the manufacturing and marketing of specialty water and wastewater treatment chemicals as well as a number of specialty chemicals for paper mills. The driving forces behind our philosophy and mission include:

Our trained field representatives provide total technical support to plant personnel through regular service visits to monitor treatment programs for optimization, cost savings, and regulatory compliance.
